The staff were kind! They welcomed guests warmly. The location is PERFECT! It's a short walk to Namba stations. Many restaurants are also within easy reach.
The room was a bit small. It was hard to fully open my large luggage.

The hotel boasts a superb location. It is close to the metro. Namba and key areas are easily accessible. It is peaceful after a busy day. This is an excellent feature.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

Our room was quite small. We struggled to find space for our luggage and move around comfortably. The bathroom was also very cramped. I did not like that room service was unavailable . It made things less convenient. I also noticed a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. It was unpleasant.
